Mark was the kind of kid who didn’t fit in. He was creative and sensitive. He wasn’t good at sports. He liked to read. Until Mark learned NLP he was basically clueless on how to handle bullies.
“As a kid I was definitely ‘bully bait.’ I was the kid that other kids picked on to feel better about themselves. It was kind of like a “service” I provided. But of course I didn’t see it that way. I just wanted the pain of it to stop. It is my deepest desire to teach the tools that I never had as a kid for deflecting and defusing bullies which incidentally, work on all kinds of life challenges and adversity .”
Mark Shepard’s assemblies and staff development workshops are transformational and mesmerizing. The tools he teaches sometimes seem like magic. They work.
